Job summary

eClerx in the Philippines is looking for an experienced Training & Process Documentation Specialist – Billing (SME) to lead training initiatives, document processes, and manage knowledge for billing operations.

You will develop SOPs, MOPs, operation manuals, job aids, and quick guides; deliver engaging training across classroom, virtual, and hybrid settings; and partner with Operations, Finance, QA, and client teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations.
• 1–2 years of training, coaching, or SME experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end billing processes and reconciliation.
• Experience with ERP systems and/or third-party billing portals preferred.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding, refresher, cross-skilling, and upskilling training for Billing/AR teams.
• Deliver training on end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation and reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, MOPs, Operations Manuals, Job Aids, and Quick Reference Guides.
• Create training decks, facilitator guides, exercises, and knowledge assessments.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.
• Identify knowledge gaps and recommend training interventions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Client teams to validate content.
• Support process transitions, client launches, and audits.
• Update training materials based on process changes and QA findings.
• Track attendance, completion, and effectiveness.
