Job summary

Baker McKenzie in Manila is seeking an E-Billing Analyst to support the firm’s eBilling operations, client requirements, and vendor platforms. You will help ensure invoices are submitted accurately and in line with client guidelines and internal procedures, collaborating with Billing, Revenue Management, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2+ years eBilling, billing, revenue management or finance operations experience.
• Experience with eBilling platforms and LEDES formats and client guidelines.
• Experience supporting eBilling implementation and client onboarding.
• Strong Excel skills; ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain eBilling platforms, client profiles, timekeeper records, rates, budgets, and access.
• Support onboarding of new eBilling clients, vendors, and platform requirements.
• Maintain eBilling timekeeper data and annual rate card submissions.
• Provide eBilling inventory support with accurate client and vendor records and trackers.
• Submit, monitor, and follow up on eBills; ensure statuses are updated.
• Review eBills for compliance and resolve routine submission issues.
• Address invoice rejections and reductions; coordinate with internal teams and clients.
• Support aging invoice follow-up with Collections and vendors.
• Monitor client billing guidelines and update systems accordingly.
• Troubleshoot platform, data upload, LEDES files, and user access issues.
• Develop reports and dashboards on eBilling operations and performance.
• Document client-specific eBilling processes for Billing and Finance teams.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to corrective actions and improvements.
• Participate in system enhancements and special projects for revenue cycle.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
