Job summary

HCLTech MBAP is seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect to lead multi-project delivery and manage functional design across client workshops and delivery teams. You will liaise with stakeholders, coordinate onshore/offshore resources, and ensure milestones are achieved with high quality.

The role requires strong communication, extensive ERP experience, and willingness to travel for customer engagements, working both remotely and on customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent with extensive ERP project delivery experience.
• Minimum 5 end-to-end AX or D365 F&O implementations.
• Strong finance and PMA domain knowledge.
• Experience leading functional design and delivery.
• Experience with MS DevOps for project artefacts and deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; client-facing.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work onsite or remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and delivery for D365 F&O projects.
• Coordinate workshops with clients and analysts; lead functional sessions.
• Manage teams of consultants and business analysts; own components of design and delivery.
• Report progress, risks and issues to stakeholders; liaise with onshore/offshore teams.
• Balance stakeholder needs with project goals and timelines.

HCL Tech’s Microsoft Business Applications Practice - (MBAP) is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM to join their award-winning and growing team.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM carries the ultimate responsibility for meeting the customer requirements and completing the project. The Dynamics 365 F&SCM Solution Architect will be comfortable in all aspects of delivery. They must be capable of switching between supporting or leading customer facing functional workshops and a group of functional consultants and business analysts, supporting technical roles including interface design, data configuration and migration and development teams, either customer based or HCLTech centric onshore and off-shore teams, working with project and program managers to effectively report on progress and risks and issues – to liaise with both internal and customer senior stakeholders – adjusting the approach and language as required for each interaction. The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask, be meticulously organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

This person will be a confident communicator and a good co-ordinator whilst being able to handle stakeholders at all levels within an organisation. They will have experience of managing teams of consultants and will be used to owning elements of the functional design and delivery.

Skills and Experience:

• Solid Microsoft platform Software experience.
• Extensive experience as either a functional lead, solution with AX or D365 F&O
• At least 5 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of AX or D365 F&O
• Expert knowledge of finance and PMA, and proven industry experience in a number for industry sectors.
• Experienced in the use of Microsoft DevOps to manage project deliverables.
• Exposure to Visual Studio Team Services or other similar enterprise planning and delivery tools
• Able to manage or lead multiple large projects (6-24 months) with advanced organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Feels comfortable talking with clients at all levels within an organization
• Ability to balance short-term demands while maintaining the long-term vision needed to guide a customer through the implementation process.
• Exhibit HCLTech Guiding Principles.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Ability to work remotely and on customer site. Regular travel expected.

Qualifications:

• MBA /M. Com/ B. Com / B.Tech / B.E or any other equivalent graduation from a reputed university.
