Job summary

KPMG R.G. Manabat & Co. is seeking a D365 F&O Technical Resource to design and deliver complex Dynamics 365 F&O projects for our clients.

This role includes solution architecture, deployments, and delivery, while managing commercial expectations and acting as project Application Lead for the team. The position combines AMS support with project implementation and requires 5+ years of D365 FO experience, plus strong Azure, Logic Apps, and MB-200/MB-300 credentials, and excellent English

Qualifications

Graduate or postgraduate in Computer Science Engineering Specialization.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technical domain.
Technical expertise in Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.
Proficient in X++, C#, Visual Studio and version control systems.
Knowledge of Extensions, COC, OData/Logic Apps integrations and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Provide incident support and root cause analysis for the AMS and project teams.
Create high-quality Technical Design Documents (TDD) and maintain project documentation.
Follow SDLC and Agile methodologies and deliver on time.
Stay updated with the latest Microsoft releases and best practices.

About the role

As a D365 F&O Technical resource you will be required to design and deliver complex Dynamics 365 F&O projects for our clients. This will include solution architecture, deployments, and delivery, as well as managing commercial and customer expectations as well as acting as project Application Lead for our team. This role is joint Application Management Service (support) team and project implementation.

Key responsibilities

Support incident management for the support team, ensuring robust troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Support and resolve incidents effectively for the support team
Adhere to project timelines, ensuring no deadlines are missed, and take ownership of assigned tasks
Create technical design documents (TDD) with high quality and set standards
Ensure high-quality documentation is created and managed according to project standards
Adhere to SDLC and Agile methodologies while preparing Technical Design Documents
Proactive and continuous learning on the latest Microsoft release

About you

Graduate or postgraduate in Computer Science Engineering Specialization
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technical domain
Technical expertise in Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations
Proficient in using tools like X++, C#, Visual Studio, and version control systems
