Job summary

Hitachi Solutions Asia Pacific seeks a Dynamics 365 F&O consultant with strong ERP experience to lead functional configuration and customization efforts on customer engagements.

You will conduct discovery, prepare specifications, and train end users while supporting pre- and post-go-live activities. Willingness to travel internationally and locally is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ERP experience.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations in functional configuration.
• At least 1 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations certification.
• Ability to cover 2–3 ERP functional areas.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Work as D365 Consultant on assigned engagements.
• Lead in conducting Conference Room Pilot sessions to demonstrate D365 F&O fit to client requirements.
• Advise customers on solution usage and minimize gaps with creative configuration.
• Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents and functional specs for customizations.
• Configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules and develop required customizations.
• Create user manuals and training plans; lead end-user training.
• Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.
• Ensure project documents are complete and projects meet deadlines.
• Lead a team of Consultants/Analysts and manage timesheets, expenses and leaves.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Work as D365 Consultant on the assigned engagement.

• Advise customer organization on solution usage and help minimize gaps between standard product customer's business processes with creative configuration
• Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules
• Prepare functional specification documents and design for customizations required for Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
• Prepare User Manuals, Training plans
• Lead in conducting End user training
• Provide pre-go live and post go live end user support
• Ensure project documents are complete, and project is delivered successfully as per the plan
• Perform related duties as assigned
• Lead a team of Consultants/Analysts and take responsibility for their performance and admin tasks including approval of time sheets, expenses and leaves, as applicable
• Assist in providing mentoring and coaching to junior members
• Ensure effective leadership is implemented when managing a team or project team

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with ERP system
• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations in functional configuration
• At least 1 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations certification is required
• Should be able to understand at least 2-3 different key functional areas of the ERP solution
• Ability to understand, communicate, interpret business processes and requirements
• Willingness to travel, both locally and internationally, for client engagements, meetings, or business events as required
