Job Summary

Take responsibility for functional analysis, identify gaps with Microsoft Dynamics 365, determine modification requests, and write specifications or oversee development to ensure business processes align with Dynamics 365 F&O.

Job Responsibilities

• Work as a Dynamics 365 consultant on the assigned engagement
• Lead conference room pilot sessions to demonstrate Dynamics 365 F&O fit to the customer’s organization or client’s requirements
• Advise the customer organization on solution usage and help minimize gaps between the standard product and the customer’s business processes through creative configuration
• Prepare business process discovery documents
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules
• Prepare functional specification documents and design for customisations required for Dynamics 365 F&O implementations
• Prepare user manuals and training plans
• Lead end‑user training sessions
• Provide pre‑go‑live and post‑go‑live end‑user support
• Ensure project documents are complete and the project is delivered successfully as per the plan
• Perform related duties as assigned
• Lead a team of consultants/analysts and take responsibility for their performance and administrative tasks including approval of timesheets, expenses and leave, as applicable
• Assist in providing mentoring and coaching to junior members
• Ensure effective leadership is implemented when managing a team or project team

Job Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with ERP systems
• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations in functional configuration
• At least one Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification for Finance and Operations is required
• Ability to understand at least two to three key functional areas of the ERP solution
• Strong ability to understand, communicate and interpret business processes and requirements
• Willingness to travel both locally and internationally for client engagements, meetings and business events as required
