ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) to manage product development.
• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies and ensure adherence to SDLC processes.
• Engage with clients and sponsors to understand needs and communicate product vision.
• Apply prioritization techniques to manage backlog and deliver high-impact features.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment between product goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Hybrid: This role is hybrid and associate is expected to be in office – few days a week
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or Agile project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile.
• Proven experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product success.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Asana.
• Ability to analyze product metrics and user feedback.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with enterprise product development and lifecycle management.
• Background in business analysis or software development.
• Familiarity with Agile scaling frameworks and enterprise Agile transformation.
• Experience in stakeholder reporting and cost modeling.
