Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and extension development.
• Proficiency with Dataverse, web services, APIs and system integrations.
• Experience in data migration, data management, deployment activities.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and structured software delivery processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions, including plugins, workflows, integrations, and extensions.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications using out-of-the-box capabilities, Power Platform tools, and custom development.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications using APIs, Dataverse, Azure services.
• Support data modeling, migration, transformation, and data quality initiatives.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, release management, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, product owners, and other technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, governance policies, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and development standards.
• Continuously evaluate new Microsoft technologies and platform features to recommend improvements.
