AVENSYS CONSULTING INC. in Makati City invites a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst (Core CRM) to join our growing team. You will bridge business requirements with technical configuration and help deliver CRM solutions for diverse clients.

The role emphasizes module configuration (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing), fit-gap analysis, user training and post-implementation support. Strong communication and SDLC familiarity are essential, with exposure to Power Platform a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Consultant with Dynamics 365 Core CRM
• Strong knowledge of CRM processes across industries
• Experience configuring entities, forms, views, workflows and business rules in Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with Power Platform and data migration in CRM projects

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for Dynamics 365 Core CRM
• Configure Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service modules
• Design and implement CRM solutions aligned with client needs
• Perform fit-gap analysis to identify optimization opportunities
• Provide user training and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure delivery
• Troubleshoot issues and implement timely solutions
• Maintain knowledge of Dynamics 365 features and trends
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
