Job summary

AVENSYS CONSULTING INC. in Makati City, Metro Manila, is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (Software Engineer) to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade CRM solutions.

This full-time role collaborates with product teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities that optimize business processes and user experiences. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years hands-on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience, strong C#, .NET, JavaScript

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and extension development.
• Proficiency with Dataverse, web services, API development, and system integrations.
• Solid development experience using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Experience in data migration, data management, solution packaging, and deployment activities.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, DevOps practices, and structured software delivery processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom plugins, workflows, business processes, integrations, and extensions.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications using out-of-the-box capabilities, Power Platform tools, and custom development techniques.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications using APIs, Dataverse, Azure services, and integration technologies.
• Support data modeling, migration, transformation, and data quality initiatives.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, release management, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement enhancements to improve platform stability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, product owners, and other technical teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, governance policies, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and development standards.
• Continuously evaluate new Microsoft technologies to recommend improvements.
