Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (Software Engineer) to design, develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that empower business teams and improve operations. The role is based in Makati City with a hybrid work model (3 days WFH, 2 days onsite) and a mid-shift schedule aligned to PST/PHT.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript; API/integration development.

Responsibilities

Design and build Dynamics 365 solutions including plugins, workflows, and integrations.
Configure and extend Dynamics 365 applications using native features and Power Platform.
Develop system integrations and support data modeling, migration, and data quality management.
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and release management.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements to improve system stability and performance.
Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
Maintain clear technical documentation to support solution sustainment and knowledge transfer.
