Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Consultant with Dynamics 365 Core CRM
• Strong knowledge of CRM processes across industries
• Experience configuring entities, forms, views, workflows and business rules in Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with Power Platform and data migration in CRM projects

About the role

AVENSYS CONSULTING INC. is seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst (Core CRM) to join our growing team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in delivering innovative CRM solutions to our clients. As a Functional Analyst specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core CRM, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring our clients achieve their business objectives through effective system configuration and optimisation. This position is vital to our service delivery excellence and client satisfaction strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document detailed business requirements from clients to translate into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core CRM implementations
• Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service to align with client business processes
• Design and implement CRM solutions that meet client needs whilst adhering to best practices and industry standards
• Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify areas where Dynamics 365 can be optimised or where custom development may be required
• Provide comprehensive user training and documentation to ensure clients can effectively utilise the CRM system post-implementation
• Support clients through the full project lifecycle from discovery and design through testing, deployment and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with technical developers, solution architects and project managers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of CRM solutions
• Troubleshoot functional issues, investigate root causes and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 features, updates and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge with team members

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Functional Analyst or Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with specific expertise in Core CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes and best practices across various industries
• Demonstrated expertise in configuring and customising Dynamics 365 Core CRM including entities, forms, views, workflows and business rules
• Proficiency with Dynamics 365 advanced features such as business process flows, automated flows and Power Automate integration
• Experience with data migration strategies, tools and execution within CRM implementations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Project management experience, ideally with exposure to Agile or structured SDLC methodologies
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant) are highly desirable
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) would be a valuable addition
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong documentation and attention to detail with the ability to create clear functional design documents and process workflows
