Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that enable business capabilities and improve operational efficiency.

The role collaborates with product teams, stakeholders, and technical leads to deliver secure, scalable CRM solutions aligned with enterprise standards, based in Makati City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 (CRM) customization and configuration, Dataverse, and API/integration development.
• Experience with system integrations, data handling, and solution deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom components, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 applications using native features and Power Platform capabilities.
• Develop system integrations and support data modeling, migration, and data quality management.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements to improve system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Maintain clear technical documentation to support solution sustainment and knowledge transfer.
