Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and extension development.
• Proficiency with Dataverse, web services, APIs and system integrations.
• Experience in data migration, data management, deployment activities.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and structured software delivery processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions, including plugins, workflows, integrations, and extensions.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications using out-of-the-box capabilities, Power Platform tools, and custom development.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications using APIs, Dataverse, Azure services.
• Support data modeling, migration, transformation, and data quality initiatives.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, release management, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, product owners, and other technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, governance policies, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and development standards.
• Continuously evaluate new Microsoft technologies and platform features to recommend improvements.

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer, you will work closely with product teams, business stakeholders, and technical leaders to deliver innovative CRM capabilities that improve business processes, enhance user experiences, and support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom plugins, workflows, business processes, integrations, and extensions that support business objectives.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications using out-of-the-box capabilities, Power Platform tools, and custom development techniques to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications using APIs, Dataverse, Azure services, and integration technologies.
• Support data modeling, migration, transformation, and data quality initiatives to ensure reliable and accurate business information.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, release management, and post-production support.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and extension development.
• Proficiency with Dataverse, web services, API development, and system integrations.
• Experience in data migration, data management, solution packaging, and deployment activities.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, DevOps practices, and structured software delivery processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, source control management, and release automation tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of CRM business processes across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, or related domains.
• Experience with Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are highly desirable.
