Job summary

MOSRA Automated Solutions Inc. in Laguna seeks a Sales Operations Associate to support day-to-day sales operations, coordinate with the sales team, and handle appointment setting with clients via phone, email, and other channels.

You will manage email campaigns, prepare quotations, and ensure accurate records of client interactions while coordinating between sales, operations, and clients to keep processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year bachelor's degree.
• Have driver's license in both manual and automatic.
• At least 1 year experience in sales, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-oriented, persuasive, and confident in dealing with clients.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic email.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day sales operations and activities
• Handle appointment setting with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms
• Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads, qualify prospects, and promote company products or services
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including sending product introductions, follow-ups, and promotional materials
• Prepare, send, and follow up on sales quotations to ensure timely responses and order conversions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and sales activities
• Assist in monitoring sales pipelines and ensuring proper coordination between sales, operations, and clients
• Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth execution of sales processes
