Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years experience in sales administration, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, and ERP/sales software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and account records.
• Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management review.
• Handle client inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and account information.
• Assist in trade marketing support by coordinating with the marketing team for promotions and displays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all administrative tasks.
• Support procurement and inventory tracking where necessary.
