Job summary

Support Services Group in Manila is seeking a personable Call Center Representative to be the main link between the company and clients, handling inbound and outbound calls and providing helpful, courteous service onsite.

No prior call center experience is required; SHS graduates welcome. You will follow scripts, learn products, and participate in training to handle inquiries professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Senior High School (SHS) graduate.
Good communication skills in English.
Basic computer navigation and typing.
Willing to learn and receive training.
Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a timely manner.
Follow company’s call center scripts.
Respond to customer needs efficiently and accurately, whether troubleshooting a problem, fielding a complaint, or assisting with other issues.
Work with the client to verify or clarify information.
Diffuse angry or upset clients as needed.
Build relationships with customers based on trust and reliability.
Record all conversations in CRM software, leaving accurate notes for callbacks.
Make sales or recommend additional services and products to customers.
Attend all necessary training as needed.
