Radisson Blu Cebu is seeking a Duty Manager to join its Front Office Operations team. The role focuses on leading guest relations, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality professional with leadership experience in Front Office, strong decision-making, and a solid understanding of hotel safety procedures. Shift work including weekends and holidays is required.

We are currently seeking a Duty Manager to join our vibrant team. At Radisson Blu Cebu, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

As a Duty Manager you bring a heightened sense of responsibility, a focus on delivering exceptional service, and a dedication to ensuring a seamless and secure guest experience to our dynamic Front Office Operations Team.

• You will manage our guest relations team and lead by example, ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are anticipated and delivered to the highest level
• You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the late show, whilst managing performance and productivity
• As an integral part of the management team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the guest services department

Qualifications

• An experienced hospitality professional with previous Duty Manageror Front Office supervisory or leadership experience.
• A strong decision-maker, able to handle guest requests and operational challenges independently.
• Security-conscious, with knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
• Skilled in hotel property management systems
• Comfortable working onshifts, weekends, and holidays.
