We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver/Housekeeping professional to join the team at INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE. This is a full-time position based in Santo Tomas City, Batangas. In this dual-responsibility role, you will combine professional driving duties with housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities, ensuring both our vehicles and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. This position is essential to supporting our operations and maintaining the professional appearance and functionality of our company assets and workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally, adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and mileage
• Perform regular vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements promptly
• Transport personnel, materials, and goods to designated locations in a timely and secure manner
• Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties throughout company facilities, including offices, common areas, and break rooms
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of assigned areas, ensuring a professional work environment
• Handle waste management and recycling procedures in accordance with company policy
• Perform minor maintenance tasks and report any facility issues to management
• Ensure all assigned equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained
• Assist with logistics support and warehouse organisation as required
