Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and journey logs.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for safety and roadworthiness.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Liaison/Driver to join the team at Interactive Multi-Purpose Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between our organisation and external stakeholders, whilst maintaining responsibility for safe and efficient vehicle operation. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication and coordination across various departments and clients, whilst upholding the highest standards of professional driving and customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Operating and maintaining company vehicles in accordance with road safety regulations and company policies
• Transporting clients, staff, and goods to designated destinations safely and on schedule
• Acting as a liaison officer between the company and external partners, clients, and service providers
• Coordinating meetings, appointments, and logistics for various departments within the organisation
• Maintaining detailed records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and journey logs
• Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally in all interactions
• Assisting with administrative duties including schedule coordination and communication follow-ups
• Adhering to all traffic laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

• A valid professional driving licence with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a driver or in a similar transportation role
• Strong knowledge of Metro Manila road networks and traffic conditions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
• Professional demeanour and customer service orientation
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks as required
• Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• Reliability and punctuality in all duties and responsibilities
• A valid driver's licence and medical clearance certificate
• Experience in logistics coordination or administrative support is advantageous
• Familiarity with modern vehicle GPS and communication systems is preferred
