Job summary

VOION KANE PRINTING ECO PACKING (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking a reliable and professional Company Driver to join our team in Santo Tomas City, Batangas. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our products and materials to customers and business partners. As Company Driver, you will be responsible for operating company vehicles, maintaining vehicle safety standards, and representing our organization professionally whilst on the road. This role is essential to our operational success and customer satisfaction, directly supporting our retail and consumer products distribution objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company driving policies

• Transport products, materials and equipment to designated locations, including customer delivery sites and supplier facilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks including tire pressure, fluid levels, lights and brakes prior to each journey

• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance and delivery logs

• Ensure cargo is properly loaded, secured and protected during transit to prevent damage

• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers and management regarding delivery status and any issues encountered

• Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times

• Respond promptly to delivery requests and adjust routes as necessary to meet customer requirements

• Report any vehicle breakdowns, accidents or maintenance issues immediately to management

• Comply with all safety regulations and company protocols whilst operating vehicles

What we're looking for

• Valid driver's license appropriate for the type of vehicle being operated, with a clean driving record

• Minimum of 2–3 years of professional driving experience in a commercial or delivery environment

• Excellent knowledge of local roads and traffic conditions in the Santo Tomas City and Batangas area

• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to identify basic vehicle maintenance issues

• Exceptional safety awareness and commitment to following traffic regulations and company policies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Physical fitness and ability to lift and load heavy items safely

• Proficiency in basic vehicle documentation and record-keeping

• Knowledge of the retail and distribution industry is advantageous
