Qualifications

About the role

We are seeking a professional and reliable Driver to join HH All Ventures Enterprises Corp. This is a full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a Driver, you will be responsible for operating vehicles safely and efficiently whilst transporting goods, materials or passengers in accordance with company policies and applicable traffic regulations. This role is crucial to our logistics operations and plays a vital part in ensuring timely delivery of services to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly whilst adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations

• Transport goods, materials or passengers to designated locations in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate records of fuel consumption, mileage, delivery logs and trip reports

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tyres and lights

• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered

• Load and unload cargo safely and securely, ensuring proper weight distribution

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle at all times

• Report any vehicle breakdowns, accidents or safety concerns immediately to management

• Comply with company policies, procedures and safety protocols

What we're looking for

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or equivalent, appropriate for the vehicle type being operated

• Minimum of 2-3 years of driving experience in a professional capacity

• Excellent knowledge of traffic laws, road safety regulations and local routes within Metro Manila and surrounding areas

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently whilst following company guidelines and instructions

• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy items as required

• Punctuality and reliability with a strong work ethic

• Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents

• Defensive driving certification or willingness to complete safety training programmes

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting abilities (preferred)
