Astoria Hotels and Resorts in Metro Manila is seeking a full-time driver to transport products safely and efficiently. You will inspect deliveries, organize storage areas, and support inventory tasks while upholding safety standards. A licensed driver is preferred, with opportunities for promotion to a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Senior High School education preferred.
• Professional Driver's License preferred.

Responsabilités

• Safely transporting company's products and materials to and from locations in a timely manner.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Store and organize products in designated areas, maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages.
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory counts as required.
• Follow safety and quality protocols while handling goods.

Description du poste

• Safely transporting company's various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Store and organize products in designated areas, maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages to the inventory team.
• Assist in stock replenishment, ensuring that shelves and storage areas are adequately stocked.
• Support inventory counts and audits as required.
• Follow safety and quality protocols while handling and storing goods.
• Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
• Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
• Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.
• Document and report all vehicle incidents like damages, accidents, theft, missing articles etc.
• Perform other task/s from time to time.
