Job summary

Angkas in the Philippines is seeking a Driver Excellence Associate to help build a strong driver journey and success by ensuring high-quality, long-term experiences for drivers. You’ll handle communications, training, and retention while aligning with company policies and objectives.

Based in our Manila hub, you’ll collaborate onsite or remotely, supporting driver updates, learning content, and loyalty programs, with a focus on engagement, performance, and growth across a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree of any related course.
• 2-3 years experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Good Communication Skills, computer literate, experience in google sheets, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Draft and schedule driver updates and monitor issues.
• Develop learning contents to improve driver professionalism and platform knowledge.
• Monitor driver activity and re-engage disengaged drivers with tailored support.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Achieve or exceed targets assigned by your Immediate Superior.
• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

Now, we’re looking for a Driver Excellence Associate. The Driver Journey & Success, will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - from ensuring a high-quality, long-term experience for drivers.

What you’ll be doing:

A. Communications

• Draft and schedule daily or weekly driver updates (hospots, announcements, tips)
• Monitor driver group chats or inboxes for issues or trends
• Respond to inbound driver questions or support requests
• Manage support escalations and issue resolution

B. Training & Development

• Develop learning contents to improve driver professionalism, customer service, and platform knowledge
• Track completion rates of training and engagement levels with content
• Share and communicate learning visuals, APP-dates through driver group chats

C. Retention

• Monitor driver activity and engagement metrics daily to identify drivers who show signs of disengagement
• Contact inactive or low-performing drivers to re-engage them with tailored support
• Develop and run driver loyalty programs
• Conduct regular FGDs to understand drivers’ needs and pain points.

D. Adhere to company policies and procedures

E. Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Immediate Superior

F. Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.
