Job summary

Grace Global Business Services in Manila seeks a seasoned Functional Process Owner - Downstream Procurement to develop and drive effective procurement strategies aligned with Grace's goals. You will lead initiatives to standardize, simplify, and automate the purchase requisition to payables processes, enhancing productivity and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field; Masters or certification preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years in procurement with operations focus; global/global BPO experience advantageous.
• Experience in global services or shared services environments.
• Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, SAC, Celonis) for PR/PO, goods receipt, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Promote Grace's safety culture and strive for an accident-free environment.
• Lead the downstream procurement roadmap to standardize, streamline, and automate Source-to-Pay processes.
• Review and revise the S2P policy to close gaps, cut costs, and improve compliance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and WIs; ensure timely distribution and updates in the DMS.
• Define KPIs to measure process performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Procurement Ops Managers and the S2P Global Process Owner.
• Support Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan development and delivery.
