is seeking a Functional Process Owner for Downstream Procurement to lead strategic sourcing, standardize S2P processes, and drive automation across the purchase requisition to payables lifecycle. The role requires alignment with Grace's goals, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will develop core competencies for tactical buyers, support the S2P helpdesk, and benchmark industry best practices to ensure cost reduction and cash flow productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of procurement experience, with a focus on procurement operations.
• Minimum of five years in a management role driving policy and process development in PR-to-payables.
• Experience in a global business service (GBS/SSO/BPO) environment preferred.
• Proficiency in procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, SAC, Celonis) for PR/PO, receiving, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective procurement strategies aligned with Grace's goals.
• Standardize, streamline, and automate Source-to-Pay processes.
• Create and maintain SOPs and WIs, update documents in DMS, distribute to stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs to measure process performance and drive improvements.
• Support the S2P Global Process Owner and collaborate with global teams.
