Job summary

Freshworks is seeking a Lead - Procurement Systems to join the Procurement Operations team. You will be responsible for administration, configuration and maintenance of the systems and tools managed by the Procurement team, and for developing training on new tools or changes.

This role impacts cross-functional partners across the enterprise, standardizing procurement requirements, enabling scalable processes, and managing a best-in-class Source-to-Pay suite.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing, administering, and integrating SaaS software.
• Proven interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• 5+ years’ experience in Procurement Systems Management, Source to Pay Process Design, or system implementation.
• Experience with Zip is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cross functional partnerships to drive procurement system improvements.
• Identify issues in system design and offer creative solutions.
• Communicate status updates and risk assessments to management.
• Procurement system administration, configuration and maintenance.
• Manage data and system migrations.
