Job summary

Questronix Corporation 2 is seeking a Document Analyst to ensure complete, accurate, and usable documentation for our in-house services. You will gather vendor docs, validate against systems, and create templates to support operations.

This onsite role in Cubao requires collaboration with SMEs, maintaining a central repository, and enabling knowledge transfer through clear, consistent documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, IM, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Document Analyst.
• On-site work at Cubao.
• Course in data analysis or technical writing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete, accurate, and usable documentation required for a fully functional in-house service.
• Collect all existing vendor documentation (runbooks, diagrams, inventories).
• Validate completeness and accuracy of documents against real systems.
• Create standardized templates (SOPs, work instructions, support guides).
• Document new processes, workflows, and technical configurations.
• Maintain version control and a central repository (SharePoint, Confluence, CMDB).
• Ensure documentation supports knowledge transfer and training.
• Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with SMEs to fill them.
