Job summary

Quanta Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to implement and maintain ISO-compliant document control processes, manage the Document Management System, and ensure accuracy and integrity of company documents in Paralayunan, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

You will coordinate with Mill & Head office teams to standardize templates, oversee control of latest approved documents, and support audits, retention policies, and archive activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 preferred.
• Knowledgeable about document control processes.
• Familiarity with retention policies and archiving.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain document control processes.
• Develop and maintain the Document Management System.
• Manage company documents ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Establish procedures for numbering, formats, issuance and review.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy documents as required.
