Job summary

Staff Domain Inc in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Assurance + Documentation Controller to support end-to-end quality checks and maintain controlled, up-to-date documentation for assigned processes.

The role combines QA tasks with document control responsibilities to ensure accuracy, version consistency, and compliance readiness across deliverables and client needs. Onsite work across Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business admin, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years in quality assurance, document control, or compliance support.
• Knowledge of document control principles: versioning, approvals, traceability.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and maintaining SOPs, checklists, templates, and registers.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with QA practices: defect tracking, CAPA fundamentals.
• Clear written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Professional command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of outputs against requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct document verification for completeness, formatting, and consistency.
• Manage document control activities: creation, revision, approval routing, filing, archival.
• Maintain version control and ensure only latest approved documents are in use.
• Track document status (draft, review, approved, obsolete) and audit-ready records.
• Support development and updates of quality procedures, templates, and standards.
• Review records for traceability and evidence alignment with processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve documentation gaps and non-conformities.
• Prepare QA and documentation reports with findings, corrections, and closure status.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive documentation.
