Job summary

GOTHONG SOUTHERN is seeking an organized Documentation and Traffic (Outbound) professional to prepare, verify, and process outbound shipment documents while ensuring accurate customer transactions and timely cargo release.

You will serve as the main contact for customers regarding outbound documentation, payment processing, and shipment coordination, ensuring compliance with company policies, shipping regulations, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Communication, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or related four-year course.
• 1–2 years of experience in Documentation, Customer Service, Logistics, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Maritime, or related industries.
• Training in Customer Service, Documentation, Shipping Operations, Logistics, or related fields is an advantage.

The Documentation and Traffic (Outbound) is responsible for preparing, verifying, and processing outbound shipment documents while ensuring accurate customer transactions and timely release of cargo. The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding outbound documentation, payment processing, and shipment coordination, ensuring compliance with company policies, shipping regulations, and service standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Communication, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or any related four-year course.

Experience

• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in Documentation, Customer Service, Logistics, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Maritime, or related industries.

Training

• Training in Customer Service, Documentation, Shipping Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is an advantage.

Other Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong documentation, record management, and data encoding skills with high attention to accuracy.
• Familiarity with shipping, logistics, documentation, and freight forwarding processes is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure while handling multiple transactions and meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
