Job summary

HON-KWANG ELECTRIC (PHILIPPINES) INC is seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to manage controlled documents within the company's EQMS. You will ensure documents are reviewed, approved, issued, and properly identified, updated, and protected.

You will maintain the Master List of Controlled Documents and Records, monitor revisions and dates, and support internal and external audits by providing required documentation in compliance with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Experience in document control, quality management, or ISO documentation is an advantage.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate records.
• Able to coordinate effectively with different departments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain controlled documents and records in the EQMS
• Prepare and maintain the Master List of Controlled Documents and Records
• Ensure documents are properly reviewed, approved, identified, issued, and distributed to authorized personnel
• Monitor document revisions, version numbers, and effective dates
• Ensure obsolete or superseded documents are properly identified, withdrawn, and controlled to prevent unintended use
• Maintain records of document issuance, revision, distribution, and retrieval
• Coordinate with concerned departments regarding document creation, revision, review, and approval
• Ensure controlled forms and records are available at the point of use
• Maintain document and record retention and disposal requirements in accordance with established procedures
• Support internal and external audits by providing required controlled documents and records
