Job summary

Bounty Fresh Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Document Control Custodian at our Meycauayan plant to maintain up-to-date documentation. You will ensure data entry in standard registers, coordinate audits, process FDA portal applications, and monitor CPR validity, while supporting internal communication.

The role requires a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and at least one year of regulatory documentation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in documentation control or regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with ISO, IMS, and FDA regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage plant documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee document control processes including filing, retention, and monthly monitoring of permits and licenses.
• Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys and audit follow-ups; implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and conduct orientation or training; support management in continuous improvement.
• Process FDA applications for product registration and licensing and monitor CPR status.
• Support internal plant communication and visitor orientation; perform other admin duties as assigned.
