Review, format, and proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Use Microsoft Word to apply styles, formatting, tables, pagination, headings, and numbering.
Identify and correct typographical and formatting errors.
Follow established document standards, templates, and quality guidelines.
Coordinate with team members to resolve document issues.
Prepare documents for final production while meeting quality and deadline requirements.
Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other computer-related courses.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word.
Strong knowledge of document formatting and editing functions in Microsoft Word.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
Good proofreading and written communication skills.
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and document standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Has a strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Is comfortable working extensively with Microsoft Word.
Can work onsite for training from 3-6 months
