About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Doctor of Education to join our team in a full-time capacity at our San Pablo City Laguna location. This role represents a strategic opportunity to leverage your advanced expertise in educational research, policy, and practice within a dynamic business process outsourcing environment. As a Doctor of Education, you will be instrumental in driving our educational initiatives, research programmes, and fellowship activities. This position combines your doctoral-level expertise with practical application in supporting educational institutions and facilitating research advancement across multiple domains within education and training.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive educational research and analysis to support client organisations and institutional development initiatives

• Design and oversee fellowship programmes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organisational objectives

• Develop and implement evidence-based educational strategies and frameworks for partner institutions

• Provide expert consultation on curriculum development, instructional design, and educational best practices

• Lead and mentor research teams in the execution of educational research projects and studies

• Collaborate with institutional clients to assess educational needs and deliver tailored solutions

• Contribute to the development of training materials, resources, and documentation for educational programmes

• Maintain current knowledge of educational trends, research methodologies, and sector developments

• Support the design and facilitation of professional development programmes for educational practitioners

• Generate research reports, publications, and insights that contribute to the organisation's thought leadership

What we're looking for

• Doctorate in Education or closely related field from an accredited institution

• Demonstrated expertise in educational research methodologies and quantitative or qualitative research design

• Substantial experience in educational programme development, curriculum design, or instructional leadership

• Strong knowledge of education policy, educational systems, and institutional governance structures

• Proven track record in managing research projects or academic initiatives

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex educational concepts clearly

• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities with attention to detail

• Experience in working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including educators, administrators, and researchers

• Proficiency in educational technology platforms and research tools

• Professional certification or recognised credentials in education or a related discipline (preferred)

• Prior experience in business process outsourcing or working within a consultancy environment (preferred)
