Qualifications

• Degree-qualified marketing and communications professional with strong written and spoken English.
• Experience across corporate communications, PR and marketing in client-side, agency or international settings.
• Strong strategic marketing, stakeholder engagement, campaign delivery and brand leadership.
• Collaborative leader with excellent communication and commercial acumen; develops thought leadership for UK standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing and Communications Lead to join our growing business in APAC, on a full-time basis based in Manila. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will shape and deliver impactful marketing, employer brand, and communications strategies that support business growth and engagement. This role offers the chance to influence key initiatives while driving brand visibility across the region.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications strategies that support business growth and market priorities.
• Protect, position and promote the Mace brand through targeted campaigns, thought leadership and client engagement.
• Provide strategic marketing advisory and business partnering to leadership teams, sectors and business units.
• Drive account-based marketing, lead generation and opportunity conversion across key markets and clients.
• Deliver market intelligence, research and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Champion collaboration and sustainability, supporting Mace’s net zero carbon transition ambitions.

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree-qualified marketing and communications professional with strong written and spoken English and relevant digital marketing credentials.
• Proven experience across corporate communications, PR and marketing within client-side, agency or international business environments.
• Strong strategic marketing, stakeholder engagement, campaign delivery and brand leadership expertise.
• Collaborative leader with excellent communication, commercial acumen and the ability to develop thought leadership to UK standards.
