The Team

Cundall is a leading international multi-disciplinary building design consultancy with offices in Australia, Asia, UK, Europe and the Middle East . We are looking for a n ambitious Marketing Executive to work within our busy and growing Asia marketing team.

The Role

In line with the continuing growth of our business in Asia and internationally, we wish to appoint an open, collaborative, and supportive person to play an important role in the team. The Marketing Executive will help develop and deliver marketing campaigns, events, PR, whilst also managing and producing regular internal and external communications, ensuring the quality and consistency of content. This will require you to quickly establish a close understanding of the business priorities, local market, establish new contacts, available resources and current systems and processes in order to help secure new projects.

The role will also include involvement in the production of bids and proposals, developing compelling content and tailored solutions that demonstrates our expertise and innovation. This role is ideal for someone who excels at multi-tasking, has a keen eye for details and is passionate about storytelling and driving changes.

Though this role will sit in our Manila office, the role holder will support the marketing strategies and initiatives for the Asia region.

The Skills

Degree-qualified, with experience in marketing, you have also proven yourself in professional services and/or a consultancy environment. You have demonstrated your ability to think and work strategically and to co-ordinate and supervise the activities of others to achieve objectives. Crucially, you have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a proven track-record of influencing senior stakeholders in an assertive but diplomatic manner. Strong analytical skills, qualitative and quantitively with experience in preparation of reports.

A post-graduate qualification in marketing and/or experience in the built environment sector would be advantageous.
