Job summary

Mace Philippines seeks an accomplished Creative Services Manager | Graphic Designer to join our international PMO and Planning team. You will handle internal and client-facing projects, working independently on smaller initiatives while collaborating with a global team on large programmes.

You’ll craft content using Adobe Creative Cloud and M365 tools, aligning with client brand priorities and project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in SharePoint page creation, lists and project adaptations.
• Experience applying and enforcing brand guidelines in outputs.
• Understanding of information security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality graphics and visual assets that communicate client brand priorities.
• Establish the creative direction of programmes during initial mobilisation.
• Provide dedicated support for programmes’ creative needs throughout the project duration.
• Modify existing assets to improve effectiveness while following brand guidelines.
• Develop programme document architecture in collaboration with Establishment Leads.
• Enhance slide packs by simplifying complex concepts into visuals with SME input.
• Own graphics, images, and content on SharePoint landing pages.
• Create branded banners, posters, templates, and other resources aligned with client guidelines.
• Perform quality assurance on all content/graphics and feed back improvements.
• Capture lessons learned and share best practices with Mace’s Centre of Excellence.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Creative Services Manager | Graphic Designer to join our dynamic and international PMO and Planning business unit. This role involves both internal workstreams and client-facing fee‑earning projects and programmes. The successful candidate will work independently on smaller projects and be part of a global team working on some of Mace’s largest programmes.

Key to this role is the ability to create compelling content from various sources on numerous platforms, including Adobe Creative Cloud, SharePoint and other applications from the M365 Office suite.

The role will report into the Global Knowledge & Capability Lead role, based overseas and be supported locally by the Mace Philippines team.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Deliver high-quality graphics and other visual assets that communicate client brand priorities and values.
• Establish the creative direction of programmes during initial mobilisation of projects.
• Provide dedicated support for programmes’ creative needs throughout the project duration.
• Modify existing assets to improve its effectivity in relation to established brand guidelines.
• Support the development of programme document architecture, working closely with Establishment Leads.
• Support to enhance slide pack presentations, working with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to simplify complex technical concepts into easy‑to‑understand graphics.
• Take ownership of graphics, images and content development on SharePoint sites such as landing pages.
• Develop branded banners, posters, templates, and other resources in alignment with client brand guidelines.
• Ensure quality assurance checks occur on all content/graphics produced, feeding back improvements.
• Collect lessons learnt and examples of best practices, as well as feed learnings back into Mace’s Centre of Excellence (CoE).

You’ll Need To Have

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in basic SharePoint, specifically producing SharePoint pages, creating lists, and modifying according to project requirements.
• Experience in adopting brand guidelines into your work.
• Understanding of information security protocols.
