Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical sales with at least 3 years in people management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to travel extensively within assigned district.
