Qualifications

• With District Manager, Area Manager, or pharmaceutical field force management experience.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Medical Representatives within the assigned district.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct field coaching, performance reviews, and team development activities.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective program execution.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports and territory updates.
