Job summary

Aljay Agro-Industrial Solutions Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager in the Philippines to translate regional strategies into district execution, leading a team of Technical Sales Representatives and building relationships with distributors and key customers in animal nutrition, agricultural inputs, and integrated farming solutions.

The role requires developing district business plans, driving sustainable sales growth, coaching TSRs, and ensuring disciplined execution of initiatives while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
• Five years of sales, business development, or commercial operations experience.
• At least two years in a supervisory or people leadership role.
• Experience managing sales territories, distributor networks, and key accounts.
• Agriculture/animal nutrition sector experience preferred.
• Valid Philippine Driver's License and willingness to travel extensively.
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership with industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district business plans aligned with growth strategies.
• Drive sales growth, market share, profitability, and customer acquisition.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of TSRs.
• Conduct field coaching, customer visits, and joint business reviews.
• Build partnerships with distributors, dealers, farms, integrators and key customers.
• Ensure disciplined execution of sales programs and strategic priorities.
• Monitor MCP execution and optimize customer engagement strategies.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and district demand plans via S&OP.
• Analyze district performance, market trends, and competition.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethical business practices.
