Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/hospitality-related field.
• 5+ years cafe/restaurant/hospitality management experience.
• Proven experience leading multiple locations and developing store leadership teams.
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze financial and operational performance.
• Excellent coaching, leadership, and people development skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to travel regularly across assigned store locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance across assigned stores.
• Analyze sales trends, labor productivity, and financial results to identify opportunities and address gaps.
• Develop and execute action plans to achieve revenue, cost, and profitability targets.
• Monitor key business metrics and ensure stores meet performance goals.
• Lead initiatives to improve guest traffic, transaction value, and store productivity.
• Ensure consistent execution of operating standards, policies, and procedures across all stores.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance, cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
• Champion operational discipline and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Partner with support functions to resolve operational challenges.
