Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Philippines is hiring a Cafe Deputy (Store Supervisor) at Fisher Mall to lead and coach the cafe team, oversee daily store operations, and ensure service standards are met.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ experience in F&B or related industries, with experience in people management, P&L, inventory, and cost control. We offer a friendly workplace, training, career growth, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

At least 2 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
With experience in people/team management.
Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach the cafe team.
Oversee daily store operations and service standards.
Monitor sales, P&L, inventory, ordering, and expenses.
Prepare and analyze operational reports.
Ensure proper staffing, product quality, cleanliness, and customer experience.
Drive sales and achieve store targets.
