Job summary

Alaska Milk Corporation, a proud Filipino heritage brand, is seeking a Business IT Analyst to join our IT & Digital team in Makati City. You will drive distributor systems design, implementation, and adoption to enable data-driven decisions and stronger sales operations across our General Trade network.

You will collaborate with Sales, IT, Finance, and distributor partners to streamline Order-to-Cash, optimize DMS, and contribute to global IT projects through the DMS 2.0 Centre of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation, or process improvement.
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash cycles, sales operations, and distributor management practices.
• Experience with DMS, ERP, CRM, or Sales Force Automation software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI and data analytics are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, adoption, and optimisation of DMS and digital platforms in the distributor ecosystem.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation to improve workflows and service levels.
• Engage stakeholders across Sales, Commercial, IT, Finance, HR, and distributor partners; coordinate requirements, testing, rollout.
• Contribute to global IT projects with the DMS 2.0 CoE; share best practices.
