Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a Regional Business Operations Specialist for North Luzon, covering Isabela and Baguio.

You will lead trade coverage, store replenishment, and SLA compliance with IMS hiring and deployment, coordinating with third-party agencies and customer executives to optimize rollout. You will drive promotions, ensure Perfect Store metrics, and collaborate with logistics, CMU, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead in trade coverage and store replenishment planning in assigned area.
• Oversee SLA compliance of IMS third-party agencies (hiring, deployment, coverage, billing).
• Coordinate with third-party management on capability building programs and initiatives.
• Align with Customer Executives on operational requirements and with Outbound Logistics on delivery SOPs.
• Drive local and national promotions and merchandising execution.
• Ensure cascade and execution of promo activities per Trade Execution Plan (TEP).
• Ensure compliance to Perfect Store metrics (Assortment, OSA, NPD, SOS, Visibility).
