Job summary

Noyona Cosmetics and Skincare Products OPC in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking a Distributor Specialist to expand and manage sales channels across Cebu and nearby areas.

You will build relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts, drive visibility and sales across modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce, and collaborate with marketing and operations on promotions.

Travel within Cebu and nearby areas is required; a proactive, results-driven approach will help grow the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, channel development, or account management.
• Knowledge of retail, distributor networks, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow sales across different channels (retail, distributor, e-commerce).
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retail partners or distributors.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
• Conduct regular store visits, monitor product placement, and ensure proper merchandising.
