About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Distributor Sales Supervisor to join our sales team in Naga City, Camarines Sur. This is a full-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and inspire a sales team whilst driving revenue growth and building strong distributor relationships. As Distributor Sales Supervisor, you will play a key strategic role in overseeing sales operations, managing distributor networks, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales.
• Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
• Capable of monitoring sales performance and ensuring achievement of targets
• Willing to conduct regular field visits and manage distributor accounts
• Holds a valid driver's license
• Has a personal motorcycle (MC) and is willing to use it for field work
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory
• Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of working independently
