North Trend Marketing Corporation, exclusive Castrol distributor in the Philippines, seeks a Distributor Sales Representative to cover Balayan/Calaca/Lemery Batangas area.

You will handle bookings, build client relationships, prospect new accounts, negotiate terms, and contribute to sales targets while enjoying incentives and benefits offered by the company.

Qualifications

• College level or graduate of any course.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales.
• Good communication skills.

About the role

North Trend Marketing Corporation (Castrol) is seeking a Distributor Sales Representative to join our team in Balayan/Calaca/Lemery Batangas area.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the booking and collections
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Identifying and prospecting new potential clients in the area
• Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals with prospective clients
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
• Providing exceptional customer service and managing customer queries and concerns
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we are looking for

• College level or graduate of any course
• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in field sales
• Good communication skills
• Good in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Applicants must have his/her own motorcycle with valid driver's license
