About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Motorcycle Sales professional to join our retail team in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. As a Motorcycle Sales specialist, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect motorcycle that meets their needs whilst building strong relationships that encourage repeat business. This role is essential to our business objectives and directly contributes to our revenue targets and market presence in the Metro Manila region.

What you'll be doing

1. Greet and engage customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs and preferences for motorcycles
2. Provide comprehensive product knowledge about our motorcycle tires.
3. Conduct product demonstrations.
4. Guide customers through the sales process, addressing questions and concerns professionally and confidently.
5. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business
6. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
7. Build and maintain a customer database, tracking preferences and previous interactions
8. Collaborate with colleagues and management to support overall team performance and company goals

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse customers
3. Excellent product knowledge or demonstrated ability to quickly learn product specifications and features
4. Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple customer interactions
6. Professional appearance and demeanour, representing the brand positively at all times
7. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections with patience and professionalism
8. Basic understanding of financing and payment options or willingness to develop this knowledge
9. Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is advantageous
10. Full-time availability and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends if required
