Job summary

North Trend Marketing Corporation in Laguna is seeking a driven Distributor Sales Representative to join our team in Laguna area. You will build relationships with clients, close sales, and collaborate with marketing to grow our Castrol products.

Applicants should have 1–2 years in field sales, strong communication, and MS Office skills, plus own motorcycle with a valid license. Monthly incentives, health insurance, leave credits, and allowances are offered.

Qualifications

• College level or graduate of any course.
• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in field sales.
• Good communication skills.
• Good in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Applicants must have his/her own motorcycle with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Handle the booking and collections
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Identifying and prospecting new potential clients in the area
• Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals with prospective clients
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
• Providing exceptional customer service and managing customer queries and concerns
